Hmm! An excellent question! Of the ones I've encountered, I think the one that goes the least appreciated is the ability to take just one memory at a time was really underutilized! You can do a lot with it if you are willing to get creative.
Of the powers that are here, probably dreamwalking? It was used heavily in my previous world but I haven't heard of anyone doing it here!
