The door underneath the stairs is just a supply closet, as you were told! Nothing too wild here, but there are plenty of supplies for cleaning. You can find: -A broom -A bucket -Soap and window cleaner -A hose(you can get water to fill the bucket here) -A vacuum -Feather dusters(very important for a good maid) -Rags and sponges -A leaf blower -A roomba -A step ladder -Whatever other cleaning garbage you can think of that I didn’t list here specifically.

A roomba is a terrible thing to waste! But nothing else is happening in the closet, so once he is all done, he is free to decide where to go from there. Or languish in the supply closet for a bit, that is also a choice he can make]
