[WAIT A SECOND HE IS BEING TOUCHED!!! Eichi's body stiffens in alarm, though the muscles in his back beat his wings were already taut; he's wearing his stress on his back, and hasn't relieved any of it, leaving it knotted and over- sensitive. His wings twitch reflexively, folding up as if he could protect them by holding them closer to his body.]

S-sto-...

[fox withdraws his hand quickly]

Ah--my apologies.

[soft tho...]

[He can't defend his back, he was about to say stupidly. But he thought better of it.]

[fidgets with his hands for a few moments, while blood slowly drips down his face to his chin and onto the floor--which is when fox remembers he should fix that, oops]

I am going to see if I can stop this nosebleed. Shall I meet you at the baths?

[Eichi can't help but stare as he looks over his shoulder at Fox. What a lovely little imperfection on that otherwise flawless skin. It's almost a shame to clean it now, but Eichi keeps that thought to himself.]

Aha, absolutely~

[fox absconds!!! leaving a bloody trail behind him lol. time to fuss in the bathroom while he stuffs his nose full of paper towels and tilts his head back until the bleeding stops.

he definitely takes longer than expected, even still... fox splashes some water on his face a few times and stares at himself in the mirror. what am i doing? he asks himself. what do i want?

eventually, he'll turn up at the onsen changing room, looking for eichi]

[Eichi watches as he goes, his head tilting curiously. Well, that's that for now. He turns away as soon as Fox is out of his vision, heading towards the baths. It seems like he'd only just gotten dressed, but is now to undress again.

He does so before the onsen itself in order to wash himself before the bath. He tries not to think about just how odd this is, scrubbing at his body and lingering at the scars on the insides of his arms and the scales that covered his hands, humming a little to himself.]

[at least splashing water on his face and having a staredown with himself helped relieve fox of his, uh, issue. ~~time to make it a problem again!~~

fox disrobes and heads into the bathing area, intending only on giving himself a quick scrub before soaking. that's what you do at the onsen, right? even though this is nothing like any of his other onsen trips, it's ingrained in him. what else would he do? NOT clean himself? preposterous.

of course, the second he sees eichi, he's caught again--caught staring, that is.]

... I apologize for the wait.

[Eichi's humming dies out, tapering off as Fox speaks, and then he looks over his shoulder, lowering his wings so that he could see.]

It's no issue. I'd rather you get all cleaned up than us rush through all of this. After all, this is hardly speed dating, fufufu~

fox washes his hands and gets some soap and a washcloth to lather up, kneeling behind eichi]

Yes. Ah, that is, that would be... an equal exchange.

[smooth, fox. at least his touch is warm when he starts sudsing up eichi's back and his wings, fingers gently carding through the feathers, methodical instead of exploratory--it's easier to focus on just cleaning rather than how eichi's skin feels beneath his fingertips]

[Eichi does his best not to move too much while Fox cleans his back and his wings. It's a little harder to relax with Fox than it was with Yvette, if only because he knew the nature of the relationship here wasn't anything similar, aside from the broken trust. Eichi certainly wasn't exactly trying to repair it, anyway.

But he also manages not to focus too much on the act, continuing to clean his front. There is no avoiding... certain areas... But that's fine, isn't it? If that's what Fox wants. That's why Eichi is here. Not just to understand, but to appease, too.]

[fox's hand lingers on the base of eichi's wing once he finishes, gently rubbing the feathers between his fingers]

That should be... all. If you hand me the shower head I can rinse you off.

[Eichi shudders a little at the feeling of those fingers at the base of his wings. No one really pays them all that much attention. Not Tenn, not even Wataru, who seems to enjoy his nonhuman body parts.]

Mmh, alright then.

[He doesn't turn to look at Fox, but helifts the shower head to his shoulder, offering it.]

[fox takes it and rinses off as much as he can, running his fingers through in order to get all the soap out. he's fascinated both by the texture and by eichi's quiet, subtle reactions. part of him wants to do this all night...

finally, he lifts his hand away and hands back the shower head]

There.

[It is a quiet moment for Eichi. It isn't often that even he can clean his wings so thoroughly, so the feeling is nice, and he appreciates the gesture.

Eichi finishes off rinsing himself before he stands up and spreads his wings. They're wet, and so heavy, and Eichi has a hard time of it, but he flaps then a few times to flick off some of the excess water. He's sure Fox won't mind.]

Your turn, then.

[He finally turns to Fox, wearing a mischievous grin.]

[fox lifts a hand to shield his eyes from any water droplets, still kneeling while eichi stands up. but then he's staring, eyes roaming over eichi's wet nude form, and to say fox tries not to look at his dick is to paint him a liar.

but it's just for a moment, and then he registers eichi's words and, cheeks flushed red, he quickly stands up]

V-very well.

[he goes to take a seat on the bath stool, awkward and stiff]

[He's half hard, but hasn't been thinking about it much since Fox began cleaning his wings- it's an intimate thing but not inherently sexual for Eichi. That scar is still there, where Leo threw a knife at him. Awful. But Eichi can never buy it off, now. It's part of him, as much as his voice or his eyes.

Eichi is less awkward about taking a spot behind Fox than here expected he'd be, especially thinking of this as just cleaning. When he begins, he's fairly gentle, aware of his claws and of his smooth scales that cover his hands. It's unavoidable that there will be some scratching- Eichi keeps his claws sharp- but he does his best to just continue scrubbing down Fox's back, following his spine down to his hips.]

[fox doesn't realize how tense he is until eichi's hands start working, and slowly he feels the tension draining out of him. the scales feel interesting, not unpleasant, just... different. when a stray claw scratches him lightly, fox lets out a soft "mmh" noise, and his muscles relax even further.

slowly, he closes his eyes, just focused on breathing and feeling... he knows he shouldn't close them, but they did agree to an equal exchange, didn't they? so it should be fine as long as eichi keeps his word...]

[For his part, he's more or less just doing as he said he would. It would probably be easy to strangle Fox like this, he thinks idly, but he doesn't entertain the thought long. Fox probably could have done the same to him, if he'd been so inclined.

But once he is done with scrubbing, Eichi begins to explore a little, mostly starting with massaging his shoulders. If left unchecked, he will continue down Fox's back, noting the tenseness in his back.]

Ah...

[fox is responsive if nothing else, arching his back when eichi finds a knot. gradually he starts to melt and relax under the treatment, not realizing how much tension he's been holding in him.

he glances over his shoulder at eichi through lidded lashes once he reaches fox's lower back, licking his lips subconsciously]

[Eichi sees how Fox relaxes, and he looks at Fox from where he is at, just smiling back at him. He's plotting, of course, and his tail curls as he massages at Fox's hips. He scoots forward a little, grabbing another stool to sit right behind Fox. It gives him the perfect placement to run his hands forward, over Fox's thighs.

He massages there as well, but his goals were obvious. IF Fox doesn't stop him, Eichi's hands are going to wander.]

[fox wants to keep watching eichi but he can't if eichi is going to be that close, and even though it makes him too, too vulnerable, he can't deny the thrill that runs through him once eichi's scaled hands starts to wander. he has to look forward, look down at himself, and watch where those hands roam.

he's fully hard, in a way that might be a little embarrassing for him usually--but he's always been sensitive to touch, and it's not like eichi couldn't see before. fox sucks in a sharp breath, loud in the space between them, and places one hand on eichi's thigh bracketing his own]
